1. Acceptance of the Terms

By using Bonus Walk (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. What the Service Does

Bonus Walk is a GPS walking game. It uses your device's GPS to trace your route on the map and to calculate gameplay results.

3. Rules of Use

You must follow all rules and instructions provided inside the Service and on its related pages.

• You must not abuse the Service, exploit bugs, or attempt cheating (including tampering with GPS data).
• You must not harm or disrupt the Service, other users, or systems that support the Service.
• You must not use the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

4. Prohibited Conduct and Enforcement

We may take action if we believe you violated these Terms or the rules of the Service. This may include banning your account and/or removing you from leaderboards ("fame") and other public rankings.

5. GPS Accuracy, Glitches, and Safety

GPS coordinates are not 100% accurate. Glitches, missing points, jumps, or mis-tracking may happen due to signal quality, device limitations, and real-world conditions.

We do our best to improve our algorithms, reduce errors, and handle irregular location data responsibly. However, we do not guarantee that every tracked coordinate or gameplay result will be perfect.

You are responsible for safe walking and for using the Service in a way that does not distract you from your surroundings.

6. Data Collection and GPS Data

GPS data is saved on our server. We may store location history ("path") to support gameplay validation and to provide the Service. Your path is stored for 1 year.

The stored data is used for analysis, troubleshooting, and disputes related to gameplay and enforcement.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, software, and related materials, is owned by CATz Soft or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Service unless allowed by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CATz Soft is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including damages arising from GPS inaccuracies or tracking errors.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
